Computer help.

I haven't been able to publish comments on my site or go to Haloscan.com for several days. I can see other peoples' comments, I just can't respond. Is it just my computer or is it my site? If you can't comment, you can email me at in-the-pines@hotmail.com. Thanks for the help!
